Virginia Beach Sunrise Engagement Session- Christina & Steven
/Want to know a secret? I set about 5 alarms on my phone for this sunrise engagement session because I was so worried that I would oversleep. But every single alarm was worth it. Living at the beach, I sometimes take the beauty of the area for granted but there is nothing like a good sunrise or sunset to remind you just how incredible it is.
Christina & Steven are tying the knot at the Chapel of the Good Shepherd at Oceana next week and when we were working on their wedding day timeline, we realized that we just wouldn't have enough time to make it to their favorite places on the wedding day. With Steven being overseas and early winter sunsets, we had a limited window of opportunity for engagement photos before the big day. So when he flew back in town for the wedding, we knew this was our chance to shoot at First Landing State Park and at the beach. The weather in Virginia Beach has been terrible but somehow we landed the only sunny morning for their session. Despite the cold, these two knocked it out of the park cuddling, laughing and playing with their two adorable dogs.
I am beyond excited for their wedding day and cannot wait to hang out with this incredible couple again!
